Transit time: 5–10 business days via Royal Mail or Evri.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Do you provide free returns?
Yes — we’ll email you a prepaid Royal Mail label. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories (if any).

How do I choose the correct size?
Each product page contains a detailed size chart. When in doubt, email us a photo and your pet’s measurements — we’ll help you pick the best fit.

How do I track my order?
Open the shipping confirmation email and click Track Your Order, or use our dedicated tracking portal.
I haven’t received my parcel — what now?
First, check the tracking link. If it’s stalled for more than 48 hours, contact us and we’ll start a trace with the carrier or arrange a replacement.
