Why did you choose this product over others?:
Absolutely fantastic. Worth every penny. I was doubtful of getting one, as friends had said their dogs wouldn't go near it, let alone lie on it. As soon as we got it, we enticed him, with a biscuit, to lie down on it. It worked a treat. My only regret was for not getting a bigger one. But the main trunk of our labrador is on the mat. The mat isn't cold. It's just cooling. Brilliant.
If was cool for my dog
Purchased for our cat, but unfortunately wouldn't use it.
Appears to be well manufactured and does seem to cool the body down ( I tried it on a pillow during hot weather).
My cat loved the cooling mat during the recent heatwave as you can see in the picture. I believe it kept her cool than any other surface and that's why she chose to lay over the mat all day. This is the smaller size mat which I used to fit inside my cats bed as well to keep it cool. The material and build quality is very good and seems to have built to last. I'd definitely recommend this size for cats and smaller dogs.
Not very durable only had it 31 days and it’s split and that is not the side my dog uses! So not down to him
Update 19th June the company have been very responsive and full refund and a gift card to say sorry for the inconvenience. Very impressed with how quickly they have responded and sorted this out.
